I’m Michael Hamilton, the photographer behind MHP.
Based in Oak Hill, Ohio, with deep roots in Eastern Kentucky, I created Michael Hamilton Photography to capture the people, places and memories that matter most. I photograph couples, seniors, families, individuals, school sports, special events and dirt track racing throughout Southern Ohio and Eastern Kentucky.
I want every session to feel comfortable, personal and true to you. Whether I’m capturing a quiet family moment, a senior celebrating an important year, an athlete under the lights or the action at a racetrack, every client receives the same attention and care.
Racing will always be part of my story—Atomic Speedway and Jackson County Speedway are my home tracks, Florence Speedway is my favorite, and Late Models are my favorite class—but MHP is about capturing all kinds of moments for the communities I call home.

Portrait sessions and focused race or sports packages are $75. Individual digital prints are $3.
Where do you travel?
MHP is based in Oak Hill, Ohio and serves Southern Ohio and Eastern Kentucky. Share your preferred location when asking about a date.
How do I book?
Message Michael Hamilton Photography on Facebook with the type of session, your preferred date and the location you have in mind. Your date is confirmed directly with Michael.
How will I receive my photos?
Your professionally edited images are delivered digitally. Michael will explain the delivery details for your specific session or coverage package.
Can I choose the location?
Yes. Portrait clients can choose their location, and MHP can help discuss an option that fits the look you want.
